There is something about celebrating another countries holiday that brings out the best in everyone. St. Patty's Day = Irish car bombs, corned beef and cabbage and of course, good music and dancing. Cinco De Mayo = tequila, need I say more? What American holiday can boast such fun? I can't think of a single one.
